What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your event. We use this only to reply to you, give you a price and, if you go ahead, arrange your booking.

Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take steps towards a booking, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who else handles it

Our enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also gives us anonymous visitor statistics.

We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your event and to meet our accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@theolivetreecwmbran.co.uk and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
