Our two rooms in Cwmbran look out over North Fields, with mature trees and the Afon Llwyd beyond. Each seats up to 125 guests, or 250 when combined.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 holds your date and time.
Confirm the details
5 days before, we ask for your menu choice, dietary requirements, final numbers and the balance.
Leave the day to us
We prepare the room and the buffet, and clear away afterwards.
Payment is by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Our card machines are for the bar only.

How much does it cost to hire a room for a wake?
With our catering, room hire is free for the first 3 hours, then £30 an hour. If you arrange your own food, the room is £30 an hour, plus £30 for us to clear and recycle afterwards.
What food do you offer?
Three freshly prepared buffets: Silver at £8, Gold at £11, Platinum at £13 per person. Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits for 3 hours is £3 per person.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Each room seats up to 125 guests, or 250 with both rooms combined. In fine weather the patio seats 60 more.
Is there parking and disabled access?
Yes. There is a free on-site car park with easy access, and the venue is on the ground floor with full disabled access.
Can we display photographs or play music?
Yes. We can set up a memory table, show photographs on a TV from a USB stick and play background music of your choosing.
Is there a bar?
The bar is open for guests throughout, and a bar tab can be arranged on request.
